West Intermunicipal Community (Comunidade Intermunicipal do Oeste – OesteCIM) is a public, collective organisation in Portugal, representing the common interests of 12 member municipalities. Its mission is the promotion of sustainable development and improving the quality of life of their members, focusing on innovation and efficiency.

OesteCIM was founded in 1987 with comprehensive competencies which cover regional development, including project planification and management. It coordinates actions between the municipalities and central government services in different areas promoting economic, social and cultural development.
